I'm a Relationship & AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist centered in the HEART of Loveland, Colorado. In my practice, I offer Transpersonal Healing for Your Soul. I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) sessions as an adjunct to therapy for both couples and individuals. Psychedelics provide us a chance to get past the walls and have glimpses into our unconscious, where we can uncover deep-rooted emotional content that hinders us in our daily lives. They also allow us to tap into our innate healing intelligence which guides us to go beyond the limits of our personal identity.

Being a goal-oriented person, I strive to assist all I work with in moving toward meaningful goals that can help in creating lasting change and growth in their lives. I thoroughly enjoy guiding clients on "A Purposeful Path" with a therapeutic relationship that enhances awareness in one's life, and has the ability to create long lasting change and personal growth. With warmth, humor, and honesty, I strive to create a time and place where you can feel supported in navigating the tough moments of life. As I’ve done this work over the last 15+ years I’ve learned that we -can- find joy and meaning, including in the hard things we pull away from. Relationships and emotions can feel confusing, scary, or painful. Sometimes our thoughts get overwhelming, we struggle with our emotions, and we try to hold onto control, all while feeling a bit lost. We can work collaboratively to help you get out of your head, learn to manage your feelings, heal your relationships, and create the life you want.

Trained in Family Systems, I work with individuals, couples and families. I am client centered and a bit more directive and goal oriented rather than passive. Your time is valuable. I want to see you get results. I offer clients resources and "exercises" to work on between sessions if you desire or you can simply work in sessions if you are too busy (many of us are!). I respect your background, values, beliefs, ethics, faith and what you bring to the process. We will collaborate in this process. You are the expert on YOU but I will give you ideas to help maximize your process.

I currently work with clients in Washington State via telehealth, and have an in-person office in Colorado. I enjoy working with people of all ages and experiences, though I have particular insight into challenges more specific to women including body image, self-criticism, anxiety, perfectionisms, depression, shame, parenting, relationships, sex, and boundaries. Mental health is about holding balances in one's life, and at the core, restoring loving compassion for one's self. I support you to explore your life, belief systems, and goals; to get to the things that might be blocking you from being the support you need.

The journey that led you here most likely hasn't been easy. Getting here is a big step- it takes effort and courage to seek counseling. As your therapist, I create a safe space where we work together to develop tools to better your life. During sessions, I provide insight to help you connect to your genuine motivations and integrate authenticity with your every day choices.
