As a sex therapist, I work with sexual and relational challenges. I specialize in clients who want to change, establish, and maintain sexuality that works for them. I am well-versed in polyamory, CNM dynamics, BDSM, and sexual dysfunctions such as PE, ED, and vaginismus. I am LGBTQIA+ allied and work frequently to help to support the community. I also work with couples who would like to re-establish sexuality that may have slowed or changed after having children.

Asking for help is a difficult step for anyone, especially those that cannot figure out how to get "unstuck". Many of us get caught up in negative thought patterns and have no idea how to change. My ideal client is one that is looking to work on themselves and their interpersonal relationships, in a positive and nurturing way. In therapy, we will work together to find different ways for you to become the best version of yourself using a variety of positive therapeutic modalities.

Though I'm a broad-based counselor and psychotherapist, my primary focus is sex therapy and sexual/relational problems at all stages of life. Areas of expertise include sexual dysfunction (especially P.E., E.D. and orgasm difficulties, desire discrepancies), adolescent issues, paraphilias and out-of-control sexual behavior (a.k.a. "sex addiction," for which I support a "sexological" approach over an "addictionological" one). I also train medical & mental health professionals in sex therapy, as Co-Director of Modern Sex Therapy Institutes.
