I believe people are more than their diagnosis. Yes, a diagnosis is a tool but it is not the big picture. I come from a place of curiosity and wonder, wanting to know my clients on a deeper level so that I can help them navigate this world. For example, PTSD is a big diagnosis that is thrown around; yet, it doesn't paint the full picture. It doesn't reflect someone's experiences, triggers, how this is impacting their relationships, family history, the strengths they possess etc. Adolescents are my passion however, I also enjoy and work closely with families and adults.

My name is Audra Bell and I am a Psychotherapist certified as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I work with clients throughout Missouri via telehealth. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, or other life stressors using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Theory. We are a counseling practice that serves both adults and children. We offer individual, family, and couples therapy. It is an honor to have numerous therapists on staff with a variety of specialties and experiences. We currently have immediate openings for daytime, evening and weekends with both our provisional therapists and our Stepping Stones therapists (Interns). I know that asking for help can be a difficult process especially when it comes to the mental health of your child. We have all had times in our lives when we and/or our kids needed extra support to be healthier. I am a Private Practice Therapist and a Registered Play Therapist (aka: I have a lot of training and experience counseling kids). I enjoy helping kids who struggle with attachment issues and/or have experienced trauma which is why I am trained in the two evidenced based trauma therapy treatments (TFCBT and EMDR) and in Theraplay Level 1 to grow relational attachment.
