I enjoy working with all ages, especially young children and teens. My areas of interest include traumatic experiences, PTSD, addiction, anxiety, depression and grief. I have had specialized experience working with trauma survivors of a of all ages in a hospital setting. I believe in a collaborative, empathetic, person-centered, holistic approach.

I am especially passionate about counseling diverse families and people of all ages while they navigate life transitions, identity development, and learning or social-emotional concerns. As a former teacher with eight years of experience in public schools, I am also skilled at supporting students and parents as they work to meet their educational goals.
