My goal is to walk alongside you and help you discover your own resiliency and worth in the midst of mental illness, neurodivergence, and even life transitions and stressors. I have significant experience working with a variety of issues, but have extensive knowledge and experience working with folks in crisis, thinking about ending their life or hurting themselves, or folks living with Borderline Personality Disorder. I am also committed to changing the culture of mental health into one that is inclusive, nonjudgemental, accepting, safe and authentic. After all, mental health is not about being sick, it's about being alive.

I hold true to the idea that we all have an internal narrative rehearsing in our brains which sets the stage for our lives. I work with you to reinvent that internal narrative in order to create and maintain a new, desired version of self. I truly believe everyone has the potential to be their very own Great!!!

We all deserve to live a happy, productive life -- to have a little fun every now and then. While life can't always be fun, with the right coping mechanisms and cognitive tools, we can address even the toughest times with positivity and confidence. It is my goal to teach my clients how to live their most positive lives, no matter what the circumstance or issue: marriage and family problems, anxiety, depression, ADD and ADHD (children and adults), blended family matters, sexual issues, PTSD, and military-family dynamics.

Our journey through life has an incredible number of possibilities that are limited only by our imagination. I believe that each of us has the story that we have been told our life should tell, and that when we inevitably diverge from that path, our problems begin to arise or take on new shapes that have a greater impact on us. My approach varies based on each individual client, but influenced by the understanding that we are impacted by connected to one another, as well as to our environments and the systems within which we live. The decision to begin therapy is a brave one. It's a chance to begin the rewriting of your own story.

I also do hypnotherapy to deal with anxiety,pain management, sports improvement,smoking cessation, weight management , and relaxation, plus many other issues. I also have a degree in addictions to help folks who are in addiction as well as those who want to maintain their sobriety and want balance in their lives.I am a Daniel Amen Affiliate as well as a SAP counselor.
