Natalie Cross-Ketler (pronouns: she/her) is an experienced licensed professional counselor who works with young adults and women. Are you a young adult woman experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, and even trauma? Self-discovery and creating/finding identity are goals I work best with. In my most recent job, I have found that domestic violence survivors and women who experience issues specific to being a woman have piqued my interest. As a therapist, the most rewarding thing is to guide women toward embracing themselves for who they are, heal past wounds, and empower them to live fully and authentically. I believe I have been given a purpose in this world to serve others, and that's what I was created to do.

I practice with adults of all ages, older adolescents and couples.  I treat clients with problems related to depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship/marriage conflicts, substance abuse issues and those individuals who struggle with emotional regulation.   I have worked in a variety of settings including outpatient mental health counseling, residential treatment, felony court, and inpatient counseling.  I believe the best treatment modality is important for success.  I practice using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and a few others.

I am attentive, professional with healing in mind. I use evidence base therapies to assist with the healing process of the client. My sole purpose is to help the client work through issues and except change no matter where or how that happens.

I aim to provide a safe, healing, therapeutic space for all clients. I believe in self-care and developing skills or strategies to help individuals tackle any stressor they may be facing. I have experience working with children and adolescents as well as adults. My time as a clinician has allowed me to develop a passion for providing trauma informed services to clients through extensive training on sexual assault and intimate partner violence. I work from a therapeutic style that assists me in meeting the individual needs of clients I encounter. I also enjoy practicing EMDR therapy.
