Welcome and thank you for your trust and confidence in allowing me, Dr. Megan Seaman, to serve you in the therapeutic relationship that we will form in the areas that are important to you! I have had 19 years of experience counseling clients in a variety of settings, which includes working with individuals, couples, families, and groups. I am trained and qualified to work with most diagnoses and life situations including, but not limited to anxiety and stress, depression, grief and loss, trauma, developmental transitions, gender and sexual identity development, career exploration, feminist and social justice issues, and mindfulness.

I support others in addressing life stress, loneliness, anxiety, and organizational concerns. I assist my clients with identifying triggers and discovering new ways to address concerns to break patterns of behaviors that have not been beneficial.

It is my feeling that all people have an innate need to succeed in life and to discover and better understand their human potential and purpose. It is also my feeling that growth occurs when we look inward. Through thoughtful introspection, the human spirit has the opportunity to evolve and actualize in both our conscious and unconscious lives.

Individual counseling provides an opportunity for you to talk openly about your thoughts and feelings in a safe and non-judgmental environment. I work with a variety of clients including children, adolescents, adults, and those within the LGBTQ community. With children and some adolescents, differing modalities of therapy, including art and music, provide an additional outlet for those who cannot always verbalize thoughts and feelings. Family dynamics can often be challenging, whether you have a traditional or non-traditional family, and I can help. Together, we can work through your concerns.

Thomas Deiotte Jr. (pronouns: he/him) is an experienced licensed professional clinical counselor who works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. He utilizes treatment approaches that are eclectic, evidence-based, and uniquely tailored to each client.

Cleveland Therapy Group offers in-person sessions for clients in the greater Cleveland area including Westlake, Rocky River, Fairview Park, Lakewood, etc. We offer Telehealth session for all clients in the state of Ohio.
