I am accepting new clients and offer Online Counseling via Telehealth. I've provided over 10,000 hours of therapy and like Confucius said, "Choose a job you love, and you will never work a day in your life." I managed LDS Family Services for 13 years and loved directing the 12-step Addiction Recovery Program in Michigan, New York and Pennsylvania. I've been recruited by multiple residential treatment centers, a hospital, a skilled nursing facility, and by an IOP program assessing and treating substance abuse and domestic violence.

I was born and raised in Las Vegas but relocated to Utah with my wife in 2014. I have spent most of my career as a business consultant and enjoy helping others simplify complex issues. After my own struggles, I realized that these skills could easily be transferred to individuals who had challenges in their personal lives. I am drawn to working with others who are overwhelmed by all the demands life places on them.

Jarom Gaitan was born and raised in Ventura, California. Jarom has been happily married for over 20 years and a father of four children. He completed his undergrad from the University of Utah in Sociology. While working on is undergrad, Jarom gained a love for working with people having volunteered for a rape crisis team and crisis line in Utah County. Due to this experience it encouraged him to further his academic career at the University of Phoenix in Mental Health Counseling and later obtain his license as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor.

I work with individuals who are seriously committed to living fully. My practice primarily focuses on sexual addiction. If you struggle with sexual addiction, you need someone who understands it, been through it and has a plan for you. That's me! When one has cancer, they turn to the specialists in cancer. It is crucial that you let those who specialize in this disease help you through the many moving parts. I understand this addiction - it's my passion to help as many people as possible! I am currently an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor at Dr. Christy Kane's office providing therapy for individuals, couples, and families. My previous profession of 20+ years was in technology with a BS degree in Business Management & Marketing. I spent most my time developing and mentoring individuals and teams successfully achieving goals. I returned to school in 2020 to get a MS degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with my goal of helping others live happier and more fulfilling lives.

I have been a therapist for approximately 17 years, mainly working in the juvenile justice system as well as a school setting. Most of my experience is with school aged children and adults, but I enjoy working with children and adults of all ages!
