Since 2018, I have worked as an addiction’s counselor, and then became a mental health therapist. Currently, I specialize in dual diagnosis therapy for mental health, complex trauma, and addiction therapy. For over the past 20 plus years my working career has been focused to some degree in the medical, legal, and law enforcement fields, ultimately leading me to obtain a graduate Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and becoming a mental health counselor working with clients who struggle with mental health problems, complex trauma, addiction, and everything in between.

I am Willian"Perry" Hall. During our initial sessions we will dive into the issues that are causing you to present for treatment and then collaborate on creating a plan that helps you get your life back. Most of my client see a gradual lifting of symptoms within a month and sustained improvement after that.

Dr. Terry Lusher, Psy. D., L. P. C., is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of West Virginia. He started Encouraging Words, Inc. along with his wife Deborah in 1996. As a Vietnam veteran, he is able to relate to survivor and trauma recovery issues. Terry brings a wealth of professional skills and personal experiences to his therapeutic relationships. He spent about twenty years working with emotionally and behaviorally disturbed adolescents in treatment programs in Texas, Oklahoma, North Carolina, and West Virginia.
