Are you tired of struggling to get past your "things" by yourself? Maybe you're feeling stuck! I've been in private practice for over 15 years providing counseling services to individuals, families, couples, children and groups. The pace and demands of life today cause us to be stressed, anxious, depressed and agitated. I like helping people find balance and peace in their lives by eliminating the limited beliefs, like I'm not good enough, replacing negative self talk and adding self care.
