I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist (SC 753) with over 30 years of private practice experience. Currently, I am in private practice with offices in both Beaufort and Bluffton, South Carolina. Prior to private practice, I worked in many outpatient clinics and inpatient hospitals which have thoroughly prepared me for the range of psychological issues that individuals face on a day-to-day basis. My therapeutic approach is both personalized and eclectic, designed to tackle the range of life problems that affect all of us in life.

Mrs. Andrea M. Epting is a Savannah Native and Graduate of St. Vincent's Academy. She attended The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa and graduated with a double major in Psychology and Religious Studies. She received her Master's Degree in Psychology with a specialty in Professional Counseling and began working as a psychotherapist. She is a practicing Licensed Professional Counselor, Master Addiction Counselor, AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, National Certified Counselor, Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor, and an Approved Clinical Supervisor. She is a part of LPCA-GA, GACA, and NAADAC.

My name is Kayla, and I am in the business of giving people confidence, hope, and ultimately a happier life. I work to empower individuals and stand with them through the discomfort that is change. I have spent years working with survivors of all types of trauma, focusing on childhood concerns and challenging upbringings. I graduated with an advanced degree in clinical psychology from Centenary University, where I concentrated on CBT, TF-CBT, DBT and attachment theory. My clients have a variety of difficulties, ranging from severe bipolar disorder to mild depression and anxiety.

I am providing confidential video calls and in person sessions; a safe place to address conflicts and stressors with a safe person. You may be struggling with depression or anxiety or dealing with relationship and/or self esteem issues. I'm here in Bluffton. My ideal client consists of anyone who is struggling with their mental health. I enjoy supporting people in all life stages and transitions, and primarily work alongside parents who are encountering challenges with anxiety, depression, and PMADs. Even though perinatal and maternal mental health is a large focus of mine, I also enjoy working alongside others who do not identify as parents.
