Hi, I'm Jill and I'm glad you're here. I have been a therapist for 17 years and I understand what a big decision it is to start counseling. I have advanced training to help you manage depression, anxiety, anger management, relationships (marital, parent-child, peer) and sexual behavioral health. Hi! Thanks for being here today! My name is Anna and I am a licensed professional counselor, as well as licensed alcohol and drug counselor in the state of NJ. I have 6+ years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with an array of mental health and substance use challenges. I also have experience providing parent coaching, working with couples, and working with other mental health professionals navigating interpersonal stressors.

Experience working with children, adolescents and adults with a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges, including: anxiety, depression, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, ADHD, social skill and executive functioning skill deficits, learning disabilities, and school-related difficulties, and performance related issues.

Dr. Drew approaches clinical work from a cognitive behavioral orientation, while utilizing open dialogue to develop treatment goals with the client. The main focus of therapy is stress reduction and feelings of fulfillment day to day. Dr. Drew has a background in working with children, parents and high performing professionals (athletes and executives). As a co-founder of Behavioral Health and Performance NJ (BHPNJ) Dr. Drew had a dream of helping clients reach their goals and perform in whatever arena is important to them.

Art Therapy Groups are open now. We provide Counseling, Psychotherapy and Art Therapy to adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families. Using a holistic approach to mental health and a client-centered approach to therapy, we use a wide range of therapeutic techniques and interventions to help you overcome the issues that brought you to therapy. Effective therapy is collaborative and interactive. We are here to help you feel better and overcome obstacles with the tools and techniques you need to move forward positively in your life.

I am a NJ licensed Psychologist , and owner of A New Way Counseling and Psychotherapy LLC a group practice serving individuals, couples, and families in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We believe our role in therapy is to assist you in accomplishing your goals, and help to establish “A new way" to manage with life stress, anxiety, depression, obsessions, loss, eating disorder, adjustment, and other areas which may be relevant to you. Together we will work to identify your specifics needs, identify your goals, and work to achieve them. We identify collaboration to be the cornerstone of therapy, this is after all about you.

With experience treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD and more I hope to work with you to improve your life through therapy.
