I believe that clients know the most about themselves and their situations, and should be the leaders of their treatment. I provide individualized care for each of my clients, implementing what they value and how they learn into their healing. I am a trauma-informed therapist, primarily using cognitive, supportive, and attachment-based therapies to guide my practice.

I am very passionate about my work with my clients. I use a humanistic and attachment-based approach with a systemic lens. I use a trauma-informed approach. I strive to assist my clients with reaching their goals through supportive reflection, insight building and expressive techniques. I see myself as a compass in a client's journey, assisting them reach their goal destination. I work well with a variety of personality types and presenting concerns, ranging from core attachment injuries to trauma to infidelity to anxiety & depression among others. I use a variety of techniques based on client fit.

For over fifteen years, I have counseled individuals impacted by trauma and addiction. I specialize in working with vulnerable populations who have complex trauma or post traumatic stress disorder with a focus on survivors of human trafficking. Over the years, I have also had the opportunity to address the unique needs of the first responder community. Much of my experience has been with individuals impacted by substance abuse or addiction, including those in recovery and their loved ones. I have been trained in a variety of interventions that allow clients to process their traumatic experiences effectively and efficiently.
