Elizabeth Bilisoly is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina who has been practicing since 2020. She has an undergraduate degree from Guilford College in Interpersonal Communication and a dual Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Addiction and Recovery Counseling from Liberty University. Elizabeth has experience with providing counseling services to a variety of individuals, particularly clients suffering from trauma. Additionally, she is experienced in working with teenagers and adults with issues such as anxiety, depression, and adjustment/life changes.

Robert obtained his Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California, and also holds a Bachelor of Psychology degree from East Carolina University. Robert has many years' experience working within therapeutic foster care, specifically the Intensive Alternative Family Treatment level of care. Robert sees children/adolescents and adults individually as well as families and groups. Robert has interest in working with a wide array of behavioral and mental health issues such as trauma, anxiety, personality disorders and depression.

Ashley Lanier is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who provides individual, family, couples, and group counseling to adults, children (6+ years), and adolescents. With a background as a paramedic, she holds a unique perspective when working with clients facing past trauma, first responders, and individuals with personality disorders. Ashley focuses on helping clients navigate and overcome challenges related to depression, anxiety, substance use, life transitions, and grief/loss/trauma. Tomeka A Bridges is Resident in Counseling (RIC) with over 13 years of experience helping clients of all ages who are suffering issues related to anxiety, depression, attachment or adjustment deficits, verbal, physical, or sexual abuse, low self-esteem, and more. Tomeka prides herself on offering individualized care, thanks to an eclectic counseling approach that utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectal behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, solutions-focused therapy, and more.

Rachael received her Master of Social Work from Appalachian State University, and she works with individuals, families, and groups of all ages. She serves a wide variety of people with mental health-related issues and conditions. She specializes in working with young children and adolescents with behavioral issues, mood issues such as oppositional defiance disorder, attention deficit disorder (ADHD), autism, anxiety, depression, and more.
