My clinical practice offers comprehensive psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for adults, adolescents, and children. I offer individual, group, couples, and family therapy. I have experience in treating and/or assessing a range of psychological problems.

Lauren believes looking to Jesus and understanding his love for us helps us heal from the past and grow in relationships. Lauren is not just a counselor who also happens to be a Christian; she believes in the power of the gospel and helps clients reframe hurts through the lens of Christ's work on the cross. She also believes the Lord has given us helpful clinical interventions to target the strongholds that disorders like OCD, ODD, depression, anxiety, and trauma have on our lives. She is excited to roll up her sleeves with you and wage war on the hurts that hold us back from living a life of joy and freedom.

Being human means experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, transitions in life, grief, pain, even fear, uncertainty, trauma, and doubt at some point. We can go from living our lives to being overwhelmed by our experiences, which can bring shame, anger, frustration, or self-loathing. When faced with these issues, the overwhelming need for a safe, encouraging, supportive space and acquiring access to tools that will help us navigate and better understand our mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical selves becomes essential for getting unstuck and moving forward.

I especially have a passion for working with teens and adolescents. I have worked with children and adolescents ages 3-19 in the education and school counseling field for over 15 years. As a school counselor, LPC, and overcoming many obstacles myself, I understand some of the needs and struggles that children and families encounter today.

Dr. Martin is a licensed educational psychologist who specializes in psychological and psycho-educational assessment of children and adolescents. She offers thorough, individualized evaluations focused on understanding the strengths and weaknesses of each individual and tailoring interventions to support that individual in reaching his or her full potential. Dr. Martin's evaluations result in a comprehensive written report, which includes applicable recommendations tailored to the needs of her clients and their families.

Miguel Sanchez is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas who has been practicing since 2017. He has a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from University of Phoenix, a Master's of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University, and is pursuing a PhD in Advanced Human Studies from Capella University. Miguel is a bilingual therapist providing individual therapy services in both English and Spanish. He enjoys working with teens and adults to help them tackle their anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, difficulty with coping, and anything else that life has thrown at them.
