I have over 20 years of experience as a therapist in the mental health field. I am passionate about helping people overcome their life stressors, past hurts, and to function in a healthier way. I help clients who suffer from mental health disorders, current problems, substance related addictions along with process related addictions (i.e. sex, gambling, shopping). I most frequently use Insight Oriented Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) approaches; as well as CBT and DBT when appropriate. I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and family members.

I offer a relaxing, nonjudgmental environment where we can begin to develop rapport and build the therapeutic relationship. I am aware that clients have a choice of clinician and without rapport, clients may have a difficult time finding the comfort level needed for personal growth. I provide therapeutic services to adolescents, adults and families who are struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional and behavioral management, relationships, and other related social/emotional issues. I have extensive experience working with children with ADHD, Autism, social skill deficits, behavioral difficulties, anxiety, and overall emotional regulation.

Danielle's approach to therapy is to provide a warm, welcoming, and safe environment where her clients can come as they are, with no judgments. She has experience working in an inpatient setting, a php-iop setting and in private practice. Danielle has experience working with children, adolescents, young adults and adults in various settings. Danielle takes a client centered approach for all of her clients, she works on meeting each client where they are at. Danielle's niche is teenagers and young adults.

I have extensive professional experience, training, & skill supporting children & adults with concerns including relationship & family conflict, trauma, autism, intellectual disabilities, behavior issues, ADHD, & parent coaching. I worked in residential, hospitals, private practice, & in-house counseling. I facilitated group & individual supervision, parenting education, couples, groups, family, & substance use therapy. I have taught counseling courses and developed training curriculum.
