I am an Advanced Practice Clinical Nurse Specialist in adult psychiatric and mental health nursing. While in private practice, I have a collaborative arrangement with Dr. Adam Sky. I have functioned for over 25 years as an advanced practice nurse with prescriptive authority. I treat clients with Depression, Anxiety, Dementia, ADHD, PTSD, and Bipolar Disorder to name a few. I understand that making the decision to seek help can be very difficult. I use an approach that is compassionate, direct, and non-judgmental to help create a safe environment for therapy.

BUT... if your other half is not coming, I work with YOU on relationship matters & maybe they will join later. I also offer online Gottman couple assessments & specialize in Emotional Intelligence with comprehensive assessments online as well. I use humor, and directness. No jargon. I primarily work with young adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, career issues, relationship and marriage problems, and other life challenges. About a decade ago I attended a conference at the Omega Institute and was reawakened to the immense suffering in the world and I realized there was no more time to waste. I needed to change careers in order to be of service. All of my life I wanted to be a healer and pursued a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health. My approach is mindful, practical, respectful and always hopeful. I believe each of us holds the key to our own healing within our highest sense of Self. My role is to help support that discovery process through thoughtful exploration, creativity and a little humor.
