I have over 20 years of experience working with adults and specialize in trauma treatment, including healing from adverse childhood experiences, physical and sexual traumas, combat traumas, workplace traumas, and everything in between.

I have been in the helping profession for over 30 years, with experience in supporting individuals and families across the lifespan. I have worked in child welfare and therapeutic settings and am specialized in issues related to trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, and depression.
