I am Dr. Thomasine T. Wortham (Dr. T), founder and clinical director of Grace Counseling Services, a full-service agency that is dedicated to meeting the needs of all clients in a professional and ethical manner. During my over 30 years of clinical practice, I have served clients suffering from various forms of distress, including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), chemical dependency, work-related stress, and many others. I have over 23 years of experience working with people who are navigating life transitions. I know that when you’re in the middle of it, it can feel all-consuming. I can help because I’ve lived through some of the same things myself.
