I enjoy working with children, teens and adults who struggle with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma and situational stressors. I also work with more specific issues including OCD, ADHD, and Asperger's syndrome. I am certified to treat children, adolescents and young adults with internet addictions (gaming, social media, compulsive information seeking).

I have many years of experience working with at-risk children and families. I am a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) that provides play therapy counseling for children with attachment-related symptoms, highly challenging behaviors, and other issues. I specialize in working with children who have learning disabilities, developmental delays, behavioral and emotional problems, including school difficulties, Autism, ADHD, anxiety and depression. I am a both a behavior specialist and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and I work closely with caregivers to assist children in achieving their true potential.

I work with individuals on unmasking and becoming themselves and living in ways that they want to. I also have a passion in helping people process through trauma, be it a large traditional trauma or something that people feel may not be recognized as a trauma but has been impactful anyway. I work with children, teens and adults on processing emotions, finding ways to work through them and communicate them, and building their lives in ways that will serve who they are as a unique person.

The CDCBT specializes in evidence-based treatment of mental health issues. We treat a wide variety of disorders including: chronic depression and anxiety, personality disorders, trauma, grief, and eating disorders.

I also utilize DBT, CBT, ACT, Narrative, REBT, and Motivational Interviewing as an eclectic mix tailoring each intervention towards my clients needs and goals.
