I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I obtained my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from University of California, Irvine in 2012, and my Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology with emphasis in MFT from Pepperdine University in 2015.

I have been a family court mediator, helping divorcing families work through their issues around parenting and custody. I understand that life can be full of difficult experiences and circumstances that are often challenging to navigate on our own. Having worked in the counseling field for over ten years I have had the honor of joining with many adolescents, adults, couples, and families as they've journeyed through any number of experiences including relationship stress, gender and sexual identity development, life transitions, experiences of depression, anxiety, chronic illness, and death and grief.

Everyone experiences times in their life when they feel at the end of their rope. It takes a tremendous amount of courage to seek support, whether it be for yourself or for your child. You are experiencing anxiety, depression, isolation, feeling stuck, or struggling to find a different path. Your child is struggling with emotional outbursts, aggression, defiance, or behavioral challenges. These difficulties have caused relational problems, impairment at home or at work, and seem like a never ending battle. I am a board-certified clinical neuropsychologist specializing in assessing adults with concerns about their memory and other cognitive abilities. Although my clinical interests are broad, I am particularly passionate about reducing risk for cognitive decline and improving overall health through lifestyle modification. I have lectured extensively on the power that exercise, healthy diet, quality sleep, psychological well-being, and staying cognitively and socially active have on maintaining/improving cognitive functioning both now and as we age.
