I am a psychologist with nearly forty years' experience as a therapist. Trained as a general practitioner in rural mental health, I see people with a wide range of issues -- anxiety, depression, fears, phobias, procrastination, underachievement, chronic pain, anger management, attention disorders, and frustration in close relationships. If you decide to come in, the first appointment will focus on clarifying your goals and thinking about ways to move toward them. We can get stuck in unhealthy relational patterns with ourselves and others that impact our mood and sense of self. We fear disconnection, rejection, and loneliness. I am a Limited Licensed Psychologist (Doctoral Temp Educ Ltd) in practice in Michigan. My supervisors are Sarah Vasquez, Ph.D., L.P., and Demosthenes Lorandos, Ph.D., J.D., L.P. The primary focus of my professional practice is the assessment of child psychological maltreatment, parental alienation, psychological testing, child custody evaluations, CE training for parental responsibilities evaluators and child legal representatives, forensic interview analysis, Guardian ad litem appointments, and expert testimony.
