I believe that therapy is a collaborative process between myself and the individuals, couples, and families I work with. I bring a non-anxious presence to the therapeutic process, and I work to create a casual and approachable space for you, your child, or your family. I work with those who have experienced trauma, loss, abuse, peer difficulties, spiritual issues, family conflict, self-harm, anxiety, depression, and ADHD.

I believe in creating a safe space for people to process life's difficulties. I enjoy helping clients learn how to use their inner strengths to obtain contentment with a variety of life's issues. I specialize in neuro-diverse diagnoses, ASD, ADHD and Anxiety. I have worked along side families and individuals to help manage the day to day struggle unique to these diagnoses. I have supported clients at home, worked with educators and developed strategies for community involvement. I have a passion for helping children, adolescents, parents and adults manage the problems and stressors that come with having a neuro-diverse diagnoses.

All of use are faced with experiences in life that that we could use some help with. Using warmth, gentleness, and humor, my goal as a therapist is to create a safe and healing relationship with you. Together we can explore the parts of yourself and your journey that might feel scary to do alone. l look forward to working with you in defining for yourself who you are and reshaping beliefs that no longer serve you.

I specialize with working with both children and adults, ages 5+, to help ease suffering and improve overall functioning. I can work with parents to help solve problems with their children, provide support for the difficulty of parenting, and psychoeducation about the challenges their child is facing. I also have experience with clients who struggle with trauma, grief, self-harm and suicidality.
