I work with individuals and families across the lifespan both in person and via telehealth formats. My specialty areas include child development, trauma, anxiety, grief & loss and chronic medial issues. I have a play therapy room designed for expressive therapies and family systems work. I am certified in trauma, EMDR for children and adults and am faculty at the institute teaching in trauma informed care, play therapy, clinical supervision and animal assisted human health. My work involves complex divorce and family therapy needs. I provide clinical supervision for professionals seeking licensing or play therapy certification.

I will hold space for you, all yours, a hard thing to find in real life, and provide an opportunity for you to connect more deeply with yourself, heal and recover. We will work collaboratively to develop a healthier, happier you. This creates a natural domino effect into your life. You will learn skills, insight, see the negative dynamics that effect you consciously and unconsciously. This allows you to change, to integrate all the hurt pieces of you into a healthy whole.

Pain is part of the human experience. Rather than efforts of eliminating distress, I invite individuals to amplify their awareness of thoughts, sensations, and impulses that contribute to pain and suffering. This mindful practice, coupled with self-compassion, can mobilize healing, increase our ability to manage distress, and expand our resilience. Collaboratively, we will explore options for creating a meaningful life.

My role is to support you in creating your own understanding of self, explore your personal truths, and identify your strengths. You have a story and deserve a safe space to share it. My top priority as a therapist is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and non-pathologizing environment to support you in telling your story and working through the process of positive change. My goal is to engage collaboratively and compassionately with each of my clients throughout their therapeutic journey. I find special value in working with all clients on finding new ways to care for self on a deeper and more intimate level.
