Hello! My name is Ashley Solt with In The Now Counseling. My practice focuses on the issues faced by children/adolescents, women, and couples. Life is hard. Our lives are busy. There’s a lot of pressure on our children. Our romantic relationships can suffer from the fast pace that we keep. In my work as a therapist, I’ve gained valuable experience working with young people and collaborating with their families. I’ve supported women with things like self-esteem building, boundary setting, and stress management and I help couples with parenting struggles, relationship dynamics and becoming better communicators.

Our practice is a small, down to earth setting. We strive to make our clients feel at home and connected with supportive, caring staff. We come from many walks of life and a wide range of experience. We will tailor our treatment methods to best suit your needs so that you can get out of our office and back into the life you were meant to lead! Our office is open 7 days a week with morning, afternoon and evening hours to best suit your needs.

Accepting new adult clients. My name is Jozi and I am a therapist and owner of Wonder + Wellness. She received her BS in psychology from Robert Morris University and her MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Duquesne University. She has special interest in helping clients navigate peer pressure and societal demands related to expectations as children grow into young adults understands the unique difficulties that children face as they grow. Being in survival mode can get very old. Between the demands of work, school, managing a home, caring for children and being a good partner, it can become too much to handle alone. I have years of experience working with women, children and families where we focus on understanding how every part of your family system plays into how you function and survive.

I enjoy working with children, teenagers, young adults, and adults. My extensive experiences include working in public schools and community settings to support children academically, emotionally, and socially.
