Dr. Rueff is experienced in treating and assessing a broad variety of mental health issues. Dr. Barnes is a native Mississippian, earning his B.A. in Psychology from Delta State University in Cleveland, MS, and his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Jackson State University in Jackson, MS. He has worked in academic, private, community, school, and state psychiatric settings as well as VA medical centers. Dr. Barnes completed his internship at the VA North Texas Health Care System followed by a fellowship at the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center, specializing in addictive disorders.

Dr. Seifen is experienced in providing evidence-based services for a broad variety of childhood and adolescent mental health issues and developmental disorders. She specializes in the assessment and treatment of neurodevelopmental disabilities (e.g., ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Specific Learning Disabilities). She has expertise in treating common childhood emotional disorders and behavioral problems providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Parent Management Training (PMT). Dr. Seifen also offers Social Skills Training for social-communication difficulties associated with autism. Dr. Seifen is licensed in the state of MS.

With a BA in Psychology (Belhaven University) and an MS in Mental Health Counseling (Mississippi College), Roger firmly believes in the transformative power of genuine acceptance, self-compassion, and resiliency, viewing these qualities as essential components in nurturing hope and envisioning a better future.

I am a clinical social worker with nearly 30 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. My professional goal is to develop the highest quality relationship with each client, using a variety of specific techniques catered to the individual’s needs.
