I utilize a Client-Centered approach to therapy where I assist the client in self-discovery, teach psycho-education, and encourage clients to develop coping skills to improve their lives. I work with a wide variety of clients including minorities. For telehealth sessions, I prefer seeing clients aged 18 and over. Nevertheless, some teens are interested in telehealth and as long as interest is shown, then of course, I will work with them.
