I have over 35 years of experience counseling people of all ages, lifestyles, cultural and ethnic backgrounds. I see individuals ages 16 and up. I accept self-pay only; I do not participate with any insurers, nor do I assist with insurance claims in any way. My self-pay fee is $100 per session. I serve those in the eastern Jackson County MO area, mainly Blue Springs, Independence, Lee's Summit, and Grain Valley.

My name is Cindy, and I am passionate about helping others. I have over thirty years of experience in mental health. I have more than twenty years of experience working in crisis, family preservation, Family Reunion Services (FRS) and Intensive In Home Services (IIS). I have trained workers hired for IIS and FRS for the State of Missouri. I am certified as a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) by Association for Play Therapy.

I enjoy working with older and younger adults of diverse populations and gender identities dealing with anxiety, depression and trauma.
