I use EMDR and Flash Technique to process negative and traumatic memories that lead to distressful symptoms like depression, anxiety, triggers, or panic. And since trauma involves the whole being, I'm passionate about addressing the spiritual underpinnings and values that clients wrestle with, and how these have impacted your relationship with God, others, and self.
