Over my career, I have had opportunities to work with all ages and varied mental health problems. My goal for everyone I treat is to help them identify their problems and work to resolve those issues so that they can move forward in life.

I have a decade of professional experience working in schools, agencies, and private practice as a licensed professional counselor. I currently work with adults, adolescents, children, infants and groups. I have a Masters and an Educational Specialist degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I work with a wide variety of emotional, behavioral, and mental health disorders with a focus on trauma.

Marsha Sproling is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides therapy to adolescents and adults using a client- centered, eclectic approach tailored to the unique needs of each client. Preferred treatment approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Supportive therapy, EMDR, Integrative Sandtray Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I believes that change happens when people are given the support needed to draw on their own strengths and realize their potential to live a fulfilling, happy life. I have over 13 years experience in a variety of settings with diverse clients providing both long term and brief treatment.

As a clinical psychologist in central Arkansas for over 20 years, my passion is providing evidence-based cognitive and behavioral therapies to promote real, lasting change. TAC has an amazing sensory-based play therapy room that your children will love. TAC takes the time to teach parents creative parenting techniques to use at home. TAC also treats teens and adults of all ages.

Examples of forensic evaluations include competence to stand trial (fitness to proceed), criminal responsibility (insanity at the time of the offense), culpable mental state, violence risk, fitness for duty, personal injury/damages, and assessment of other competencies.
