AllHealth Network provides mental health services and substance abuse services for children, adolescents, adults, older adults, couples, and families. These services include: assessment and treatment planning with one of our master’s-level or licensed therapists, counseling, group therapy and medication services. We also have an Intensive Outpatient Program in Littleton & Castle Rock for adults working towards recovery from substance use and mental health concerns. We offer medication-assisted therapy (MAT) for individual trying to get off of pain killers or opioids.

Thank you for viewing my profile. I have 3 graduate degrees, all in mental/behavioral health, licenses in Co. and CA., and I am comfortable in working with a vast array of issues. I have worked in several mental health settings throughout my career, including: community mental health, hospitals, dialysis centers and private practice. My theory basis is psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral, but I always work with the patient in their comfort level and style. I approach new clients with a blend of curiosity and empathy. I view all mental health problems through a lens of human development and as occurring within multiple systems (the family, school, work, etc.). I prefer to work in partnership with clients and/or their families to provide education, skills training, practice, and reinforcement of new ways of thinking and behavior that reduce distress and dysfunction.
