I have extensive experience with working with students experiencing academic issues, the LGBTQ community, anxiety, depression, grief, defiant youth, self-harming and suicidal ideation, as well as divorced and blended families. My approach is straightforward. I help people make difficult changes using a blend of evidence-based practices and individualized techniques drawn from 30+ years of experience.
