Beginning as a YMCA camp counselor at age 17, Dr. Grbac has always been dedicated to the happiness and health of children and teenagers. As a clinical psychologist, I use a blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy, relational-cultural theory, and dialectical behavioral skills in therapy work that is active and present-focused. Using a blend of empirically supported treatments creates an effective and meaningful path to process trauma, evaluate and understand neurodiversity, manage anxiety, and treat depression. I have experience working with all age groups and additional expertise with sexual and gender minorities (transgender, nonbinary, and gender variant).
