I do not engage in telehealth with new clients...I am well acquainted with the difficulties that we encounter in life and how they can derail us. There are many life transitions that can bring about obstacles and dilemmas. The general day to day complications that we encounter as we mature, age, and walk the journey that is life can sometimes seem overwhelming. I focuse on the internal and external processes of a client. My PhD research was on the effects of trauma and how to heal trauma. Through a process of releasing the cellular memory of the past and finding empowerment/self love, in addition to positive communication, one is able to move forward in a happy and healthy way. I also ran a 5 star addiction program for a psych hospital. For over 25 years I have used hypnosis, regression therapy including past life work and meditation. My clients report loving the results. These therapies help heal trauma, anxiety, depression, and give insight into negative patterns.
