I work with adults on a variety of issues including anxiety, grief/loss, depression, stress, breaking unwanted habits, and trauma (including complex trauma) . I am dually licensed as a LCSW in both Tennessee and Florida, and I have over 25 years of experience in my field. I love introducing people to Gospel freedom and hope. My background in substance abuse counseling included a strong emphasis on family systems. My work as a pastor gave me an opportunity to take an understanding of systems and brokenness and apply it to marriages and families. Working for a decade in a school deepened my experience with crisis intervention, grief, trauma, and the wonderful ways connecting with creation can be part of God’s healing grace in our lives.

Jessica has five years of experience working as an LMSW. Jessica has worked in an oncology setting, working with clients and families to help adjust to severe illness. She has also worked in home health and hospice settings where she has provided grief counseling. Jessica also has experience working with families and couples and mainly specializes in grief, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and trauma related to domestic violence.

Abby is a Licensed Professional Counselor in both Tennessee and Georgia and is a Nationally Certified Counselor. Abby graduated from Richmont Graduate University in 2012 with a Masters in Professional Counseling and a Specialization in Trauma Counseling. She has since continued her education in Trauma counseling with training in a variety of Trauma Processing methods, healing attachment following Trauma, and military culture. Abby specializes in seeing people of all ages with a history of trauma or abuse, including rape, childhood abuse, combat PTSD, and more, as well as assisting couples with relational and communication issues.

I enjoy working with adults and teenagers struggling with depression and anxiety. I love to encourage my clients as they walk through life and all of its challenges. I believe that each individual I work with has qualities that no one else can offer, it's a joy to be able to observe that during our time together.
