My name is Judy Jepson-Hebert and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I enjoy working with both adolescents and adults and have considerable experience providing individual, group and couples counseling. I believe that my greatest strength is my ability to connect with people and to provide clients with an emotionally supportive environment to address, process and find solutions to the struggles they are experiencing. I am trained in various treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Enhancement Therapy.

Welcome and thank you for starting your journey to wellness. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. I have been working in the counseling field since 2009. I have experience in outpatient, residential and inpatient settings conducting individual and group therapy with clients presenting with depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar, trauma, substance use issues, and a wide range of challenges including grief/loss, relationship issues, gender issues, sexuality issues, insomnia, personal growth and adjustment issues. I meet you where you are at with a person-centered approach.

Katarina is an experienced mental health clinician, case manager, and CPS worker, giving her a broad spectrum of experiences. She works with children, adults, and families from varying cultures and backgrounds and a variety of mental health and social issues. Katarina particularly enjoys integrating holistic and alternative healing methods into evidenced-based counseling approaches, including visualization, energy work, meditation and mindfulness-based skills.  She enjoys working with individuals who seek to learn more about themselves and have the desire to learn, grow, and evolve.

We are looking for clients that are motivated to make lasting changes in their lives. Most clients are looking for a nonjudgmental listener that can competently address their presenting issues and provide skills, tools and a trusting therapeutic relationship. As human beings we all have the need to be accepted, heard and understood. Our practice is supportive in nature and our approach is based in attachment and relational psychotherapy. Essentially, we work with people we like and who want to change their lives and the way they function. We manage an interactive client portal to allow supportive communication in between sessions.

I'm a pre-licensed professional working towards becoming a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC). I'm working under the supervision of a licensed clinician. Prior to joining the Counseling Associates team, I worked at a college counseling center and supported students with a wide variety of presenting concerns. In my work with clients, I strive to develop a strong working relationship where they feel safe to discuss their values, goals, and concerns. I aim to highlight clients' strengths and develop treatment goals collaboratively.

To me, the most important part of therapy is the relationship between the client and counselor. I aim to create a safe, validating space to explore difficult emotions, process stressors, and navigate life experiences. I believe clients are the experts in their own life and my role is to walk beside you in your journey, working collaboratively towards achieving your goals.
