The Center for Applied Psychology (CAP) is dedicated to providing psychological services to residents of Indiana County and its neighboring communities. I have many years of experience working with individuals with acute mental health symptoms. I work with individuals using person centered, motivational interviewing, and CBT techniques. My ideal client is 18 and older. Their issues could include depression and or anxiety. Needs would include coping skills, interpersonal issues, lack of self-esteem, lack of self-care, negative thinking patterns. Goals would include building self-awareness, develop coping skills, development of emotional management, and communication skill.
