Hello I'm Clark Lee owner of S.O.L.E. "survivors of life experience" Counseling. I have a passion for the work I do. I'm a certified sexual addiction therapist and also trained in betrayal trauma healing. We work with individuals and couples in experiencing healing and wholeness through this essential work. We provide clients with an atmosphere of support and safety in their journey toward healing and finding their true self. I have worked at The Meadows, a world-renowned inpatient treatment facility, assisting clients with their sexual addiction and betrayal trauma.

There are times in our lives when we may feel overwhelmed, powerless, or hopeless. My approach to treatment is from a place of empathy and unconditional positive regard for my clients in order to create a safe and trusting therapeutic alliance. I am passionate about helping to illuminate each person’s unique path to happiness and fulfillment. I have experience treating various types of trauma, addiction, codependency, narcissistic abuse, and issues related to infidelity in relationships. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT). I specialize in treating various types of sexual addiction, betrayal trauma and narcissistic abuse. I love to incorporate different therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, CBT, DBT, IFS, and SFBT.

My years of clinical practice have helped me to understand the value of an individual. Most people have the resources they need to manage the challenges they have, but they sometimes struggle to see the resources that are available to them. I use a solution focused, non judgmental, approach to help individuals resolve major life issues like addiction, depression, anxiety, and family and relational conflict. Individuals and couples can find affective attunement with themselves, their spouse, and their children, as they learn to strengthen who they are as individuals and become clearer about their own emotional regulation.

We provide a variety of specialties at our agency among our 24 therapists. Programming for pornography and sexual addiction (adults, couples and teens), betrayal trauma, marriage therapy, parenting, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, suicide prevention, trauma, self-harm and other mental health concerns. We treat children, youth and adults. Our counselors have specialized training and expertise in their specific areas of emphasis. We also work closely with HOPE foundation to help clients who need financial support for therapeutic services.

Through a comprehensive approach, I work with families, couples, and individuals to create safety and security in their relationships. Having the privilege to come alongside this population has increased my passion for working with both adults and children in regard to abuse, shame, and freedom from their respective pasts.

As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist I have helped couples and families work through various relational & emotional intimacy challenges. I am also a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist. I work significantly with males struggling with sexually compulsive behaviors along with the spouses, partners, families and others impacted by their unhealthy and/or problematic choices. I have been described as a 'Perspectivist Therapist' due to my clear, honest, open, respectful and direct ability to help people gain perspective about their problems, increase hopeful belief for their future and establish realistic expectations.

At Oasis Psychological services, I conduct psychological evaluations for individuals ages 8-65, psychosexual evaluations for juveniles and adults with sexual behavior problems, and assessments for juveniles with delinquency and/or substance abuse issues. I also conduct disability evaluations. Oasis Psychological Services offers therapy for a wide range of mental health problems as well as specialized services for juveniles with sexual behavior problems. We offer individual, family, and group counseling.

I strongly believe that everyone has the ability to mend and heal the broken parts of their soul and find peace, happiness and contentment. I have experienced the power and effectiveness of embarking on the journey of healing through counseling and felt the positive influences in my own life. I assist others in overcoming depression, anxiety, addiction, broken relationships, past traumatic experiences, loss and low self-esteem. I have the privilege of walking the path of healing with my clients allowing them to become strong, resilient, happy and healthy individuals who enjoy life and all that it has to offer.

I have a PhD and almost 30 yrs experience working with clients. I have advanced training in EFT and Gottman Therapy. I also draw on 35 yrs of experience being married. All couples have conflicts. The difference is happy couples have a way to resolve and repair issues. I specialize in helping couples develop that repair process. When many couples argue they end up feeling more frustrated, distant, and dissatisfied in their relationship instead of feeling close and connected. Eventually they stop talking to avoid fighting and grow apart. I help couples who are stuck find a way to experience the love and closeness they desire.

I work with (ages 16+), adults, and couples that are pursing healing. I honor the courage to start counseling. I have spent thousands of hours in the mental health field and have keynoted at national trainings for using experiential modalities. I am a certified-sex addiction therapist (CSAT-C) by ITAP. I view therapy through an emotional and attachment lens. and use modalities like emotionally focused therapy and experiential therapy. I tailor these modalities to meet the needs of each client. I focus on creating treatment with structure, shame reduction, and help foster meaningful connection and attachment with family and friends.

New client appointments are limited. My first goal as a therapist is to help my clients understand what is happening to them and give them tools to make them feel better as soon as possible. I specialize in working with clients who are dealing with the Trauma of Betrayal, Unwanted Sexual Addictions, Narcissistic Abuse, Childhood Trauma and Marital Relationship Issues. I compassionately guide my clients in understanding and changing their unhealthy thinking patterns, reframing their self-limiting, shame-based beliefs and in reprocessing the trauma held in their body.
