I practice from a psychodynamic perspective, which means I pay attention to feelings and beliefs that emerge from one's lived experience. I work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, work issues, and family issues and can include faith as a part of the healing process. Fuller Psychological and Family Services (FPFS) is the community mental health and training clinic of the Fuller Graduate School of Psychology (accredited by the American Psychological Association). FPFS provides therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, to address a variety of symptoms associated with issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, guilt, and bereavement.
