I am known for my expertise with both children and adults who are struggling with Bipolar, Depression and Anxiety, Addictions and co-occurring disorders. I work with family members whose lives are affected by thier loved ones mental health/substance use struggles. Whenever possible and appropriate I use a family systems approach. I have extensive training in trauma , co÷occurring dosorders and women in life transition.

The goal of my practice is to improve the quality of life of my clients and assist them reach their full potential and personal goals. Specializing in family and couple therapy. I also specialize in depression and anxiety. The ideal client will be dedicated to their own treatment and have a strong desire to feel better. Together with my client we work as a team to achieve the therapeutic goals and make life worth living and enjoying. I have been working in mental health for over a decade and it is my greatest passion in life.

I am experienced in conducting comprehensive suicide risk assessments. I also offer supervised visits for non- custodial parents. I am experienced working with individuals with a diversity of issues and backgrounds. I offer individualized treatment plans that are tailored to the clients challenges and needs.
