I am a licensed psychologist and the clinical director of Sollars and Associates Integrative Counseling and Psychological Services. I have been providing counseling and psychotherapy for over 30 years in the Metro Detroit area and our group practice spans across the state of Michigan. With support, encouragement and expert insight many people begin to feel better after their first session.

I am a board-certified therapist with a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor. I was clinically trained as a social worker by the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Michigan Health System Depression Center, where I also conducted research on a variety of mental health issues.

Life can be very hard. We all face certain obstacles that cause us to feel afraid, sad, worried or even hopeless. We all deserve to be happy and at peace. My goal is to help you to become as happy and at peace as you can be. Many people are in difficult and stressful relationships with family or partners; dealing with loss; trauma; childhood pain and issues; coping with financial hardship, job loss or daily physical pain.
