Beginning the process of therapy can be daunting and messy. You may be feeling alone while struggling with anxiety, depression, and possibly some negative self talk such as I’m not good enough, I’m a failure, a burden, etc. If that’s the case, I am here to tell you that you are not alone. He has more than a decade of experience working with individuals, couples and families. Dr. Spencer utilizes evidenced based practices and specializes in working with trauma, grief, and couples on the brink of divorce. Dr. Spencer completed a Bachelors degree in Family Studies from Weber State University, a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Oklahoma State University, and a Doctorate in Human Development and Family Science also from Oklahoma State University.
