Because of this passion, my counseling journey has led me to be certified and trained to work specifically with children and adolescents. Scarlett Olivares obtained her undergraduate degree in Clinical Psychology from the Catholic University of Santo Domingo in 2004. Scarlett obtained her graduate degree (with honors) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Hodges University. Scarlett is a bilingual/bicultural counselor that is experienced in working with families and individuals. She has honed her skills over 13 years working in the community.  Her passion and dedication led her to develop her skills in another critical mental health area, that of addiction and substance abuse.
