There are times when everyone feels like their struggles are too big for them to handle alone. When people feel unheard, unmotivated, overwhelmed, discarded, or misunderstood, it can be difficult to ask for help. Seeking therapy can be a big step, so I want you to know that my goal is to make clients feel comfortable enough to work on their issues, large or small. These issues could seem simple to outsiders; like procrastination, low self-esteem, or being unhappy in your current situation. However, in therapy I offer a nonjudgmental space where you and I can work together to figure it all out and to work toward YOUR goals.

The four main areas I coach/counsel people in are: depression/anxiety management, anger management, career/business growth, relationship/marital challenges, and personal development. I am dedicated to helping people solve relationship and anger problems associated with disrespect, insecurities, bad attitudes, and guilt through spiritual non-judgmental conversation! Our hidden, underlying beliefs often keep us from experiencing the full richness of life. I use a combination of objective assessment tools, dialogues and cognitive behavioral exercises to help you achieve your dreams.

Sometimes we catch our selves in the midst of chaos and often times we don't even know how we got there! My approach to therapy is simple. Lets get to work. We all have issues, but some are greater then others. I'm direct and to the point while being empathic. Relationships (couples, marriages, or family) are challenging, and communication can be difficult. I would like to help get you to a clear path of open, honest dialogue. I can relate to most situations that life throws your way. My background is diverse and eclectic so I can better serve you. I can be flexible, and adaptable to your individual situation. I believe that anyone or situation can change.

Has your relationship been impacted by an affair, problematic pornography use, and one of you has trauma from sexual betrayal? Infidelity and betrayal trauma can turn your world upside down and make you feel like the rug has been yanked out from under you. I specialize in working with infidelity, betrayal trauma, and problematic sexual behavior. I have enjoyed working with individuals and couples as they are often affected by problematic pornography use and live affairs. Also, I've been privileged to provide supervision to student interns in UNLV's Marriage & Family Therapy program and am an AAMFT Approved Supervisor.
