I am a licensed clinical social worker with over thirty years of experience providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults and families. I have helped hundreds of clients overcome or manage a variety of life stressors. I work diligently with each client to help him or her achieve their own personal therapeutic goals. I believe in the innate healing powers of each individual and the dramatic benefits that a professional therapeutic relationship can provide. Besides individual sessions, couples work sessions and Group Work, I also train clinicians in awareness based somatic psychotherapy. I also, hold two types of weekly groups that are ongoing, although they are open to new people from time time. I offer an eclectic approach to this work which is Jungian informed, soulful, heart-centered, and intuitive. My work with clients often includes making room for our grief and acknowledging the ways grief is not honored in our culture. This work is sacred to me and I am deeply honored to join my clients on their healing journey.
