WE ARE HERE TO SERVE THE COMMUNITY; Due to the National Crisis we do teletherapy as well as onsite sessions in office or out of office. We work with clients that have Anxiety, bipolar, Depression and PTSD, and behavior problems, this can be done in the office or without leaving their homes. As a State Licensed Mental Health Counselor with years of therapy experience, and several specific certifications, I can provide the level of care necessary to meet the needs of individuals who are experiencing a variety of mental disorders and or struggles with depression or anxiety as well as the stress of daily life. I also have an extensive background working with both trauma and sexual abuse and I can also assist with anger management.

I have more than 30 years experience in the areas of child and adolescent psychotherapy and school related difficulties. I have trained and worked in different countries and I have helped families from different nationalities and cultural backgrounds. I have ample experience working with individuals, teens, young adults and families. I have worked with clients in a wide range of issues including anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, depression, trauma, anger and transition issues. I integrate CBT, psychodynamic, systemic and humanistic approaches depending on the problems and the personalities of my clients.

Different challenges can cause us to fill "stuck", "overwhelmed", and "anxious". My experiences as a psychotherapist have taught me that all challenges can be opportunities for growth and empowerment. With years of experience, my goal as your psychotherapist is to assist you in finding balance and peace within yourself to overcome the challenges you are facing or have faced. Sometimes, you just need someone to listen. My job is to go beyond listening and build on your strengths, work through your problem(s), and assist you in making those changes that empower you to create a more fulfilling life.
