My name is Erika Regalado and I'm a proud first generation Latin American with a Cuban and Ecuadorian background. I specialize in working with couples, married individuals and families. Grace Ardila is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New Jersey. Grace graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Valley Forge and then proceeded to Rutgers University where she graduated with her Master's in Clinical Social Work. Grace is fluent in English and Spanish which contributes to her being able to serve a diverse group of clients. Grace is a trauma-informed clinician who specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy.

Educational Background: I earned my bachelor's degree in Psychology from Loyola University, New Orleans and my master's and doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University in Dallas, Texas. Throughout my graduate and undergraduate internships and practicums, I gained experience working with a variety of populations and ages, as well as varied settings. I have completed my internship in an inpatient psychiatric unit providing individual and group therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities, personality disorders, and criminal backgrounds.

I specialize in providing supportive services and counseling to various populations. I focus on various issues in mental health with adults and children, depression, anxiety, anger management, and crisis intervention. I work with children and families assisting with life stressors that can affect the family structure. Treatment modalities that I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Strengths-Based, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Crisis Intervention, and teach coping skills to manage symptoms and stressors.

Imogen Thomson is a Licensed Associate Counselor in New Jersey. Imogen obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Elon University before going on to complete a Master’s in Forensic Mental Health Counseling from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Imogen utilizes a trauma-focused approach, which was fostered by her time working with domestic violence survivors and through her graduate program. She has a thorough understanding of the impact of trauma and how to pull from different theoretical approaches to individualize each and every treatment plan to the person.

Helene Steinhauer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey who has been practicing since 2005. She received her MSW at Rutgers University. Helene has worked with patients with chronic medical conditions including kidney/pancreas transplant, cancer, and other diseases. She has helped patients deal with grief, anger, anxiety, and depression. Helene has also worked as a social work case manager assisting patients with community resources, financial assistance, transportation, their mental health issues offering support, empathy and guidance empowering them to help themselves.

Alexa Burgess is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in New Jersey. She received her Bachelor's of Arts & Science in Psychology from Rutgers University and her Master's of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling with a specialization in Family Counseling from Capella University. Completing her internship at Saint Peter's University Hospital. Prior to transitioning to private practice, Alexa worked at Saint Peter's University Hospital's Partial Hospitalization Program from 2013 to 2020.

I have been working as a Social worker/ Substance abuse Counselor for 24 years. My Primary focus is bipolar, depression , working with youth from 12 years old and older, family counseling, anxiety disorder substance abuse, anger management and couple counseling. I work with an APN who can provide medication monitoring.

She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified School Counselor in the state of New Jersey. Penny has had experience working in hospital setting, partial setting, schools, outpatient, and private practice.

My aim while working with clients is to empower them to feel safe approaching therapy as an outlet to discover, grow and utilize tools to work through challenges.
