As a licensed clinical social worker with 11 years of experience, I specialize in working with adolescents, teens, and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and gender dysphoria. I utilize acceptance and commitment therapy and cognitive behavior therapy in my work to help my clients understand and address the underlying causes of their distress.
