Hi! I’m taking new clients! Providing in-person sessions and some telehealth. I enjoy working with clients with a wide range of concerns. i also have extra training in who high-conflict situations and can serve as mediator or parenting coordinator or therapist as needed. My clients range from older children to seniors, with a variety of issues such as marital problems, gender issues, and depression/anxiety. I have expertise in dealing with medical issues and their effects on individuals, including disability, compulsive eating, and end of life care.

Hello my name is Lauren and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oklahoma. I am credentialed with Aetna and Cigna. I enjoy working with children, teens, seniors, adults, and people with disabilities. Currently, I am only offering telehealth counseling services.

Saturdays now available. I believe that for counseling to be effective, both you and I must be actively involved in the goal setting and assessment process. This process will require in and out of session work for both of us. At times these changes in self perception, insight, and behavior may feel uncomfortable for you but, with practice, will become more routine.
