Creative Counseling and Studio is an art therapy mental health private practice located in Omaha Nebraska. We provide mental health and substance abuse counseling for all ages. We specialize in treating diverse clients in Nebraska. We work with people struggling with: anxiety, depression, attachment issues, behavior problems, social stressors, addiction, couples and family conflict, communication problems, parenting support, domestic violence, and complex trauma. We practice via in person and telehealth services.

Therapy with me is a collaborative effort. I provide a free judgement zone and you are entitled to every emotion. My goal is to assist individuals through life’s challenges.

Seeking guidance for your life can be difficult, I understand how hard it can be to reach out for help. I believe that self-improvement and a life of joy and hope are possible for all people, no matter their struggles. I provide psychotherapy to help my clients identify problem areas in their lives that they want to overcome, set small goals to achieve their desired outcome, and help them make connections between how events in their past are driving their emotions, thoughts, and decisions today.

I now only work online through Skype. I have worked with a variety of issues over my 30 years in my profession. I have been an Adjunct Instructor in the UN-O Graduate Counseling Department, Consultant to area psychiatric programs, Director of Outpatient programs, and a presenter to a wide range of businesses as well as my outpatient practice. I like the diversity of my practice in terms of diagnostic features rather than a particular specialty. My many years of practice have allowed me to work with such a wide range of circumstances and issues.
